I love to stretch, I feel so good after. I recenlty stopped my prescription for high blood pressure medication. I notice with yoga I am feel good everyday in every way! Thank you Michelle and David the creator of this website.

very good for someone completely out of shape wanting to start very small. i agree with the previous reviewer, her instructions were spoken a bit too quickly sometimes, but once you get the motions down you can get into your own rhythm.

Clearly I'm just getting into yoga, so this was a bit verbally fast for me. Otherwise, I really enjoyed it. It was nice short routine but pretty physically engaging.
