Super Supine: Practice Yoga Lying Down
Practice yoga - without ever leaving the ground! This relaxing and restorative yoga class with Rachel takes you through a gentle strengthening and hip opening practice that you can do (mostly) on your back. It's the perfect class for students who would prefer not to put weight on their hands. Note: You will need a wall and strap for this practice.

Lower back feels great after this class, the core warmup at the beginning was nice too. The stretch partway through where you have a foot on the wall and a foot tucked under/next to your glute was really different on my right vs my left specifically the flexibility in the top of my foot when tucking it. Will have to revisit this pose more often. My wrist has been bothering me so this wrist free all supine class was what I was looking for. Thanks Rachel!
