Power Yoga to Wake Up
This class is perfect if you're needing a wake-me-up after you get out of bed, in the middle of the day or to recharge after a day of work. Crista moves you through a vinyasa flow but begins with nauli kriya, a cleansing exercise that massages the abdomen and helps invigorate the body. You will move and stretch in this short power flow!

I loved this class and especially this instructor. She was so encouraging and taught me a few things that really helped. Very creative and fun. Can't wait for future classes!
