This class is perfect if you're needing a wake-me-up after you get out of bed, in the middle of the day or to recharge after a day of work. Crista moves you through a vinyasa flow but begins with nauli kriya, a cleansing exercise that massages the abdomen and helps invigorate the body. You will move and stretch in this short power flow!

Crista has a unique style and I love it. Fun, exhilarating and stretchy. This is the perfect short class before another type of exercise but still get my yoga in. Thank you.

I rated this twice because Crista is brilliant in her calling out postures and queues for postures hence making the practice one where I know where I'm going without looking at the screen. It's brilliant and really makes any practice she does intuitive and fluid. Thank you so much. Namaste from Ireland.

Maybe a warning/contraindications for Nauli Kriya is in order? Nauli Kriya is brilliant, I personally prefer to isolate the muscles and move them side to side, however, I was taught it should always and only be performed on an empty stomach or at least 5-6 hours after eating + hypertension, heart disease, hernias, ulcers, or other gastrointestinal ailments, any pain whilst performing, and pregnancy were all contraindications, at least when I was taught. It might be beneficial to list those things as many people have no experience with the stomach churning and may be overly excited to try without getting proper (in person) instruction first. That's just me, though. I mean that respectfully. I enjoyed this practice, and it does start the day well. I'd never do it in the middle of the day, however. Thanks very much. Namaste from Ireland.
