Few yoga classes go so deep so quickly. Fiji takes you through this tough class mindfully, preparing the body for each stage and making sure that you don't push past your limit. A quick, challenging flow that leads to a sequence of wonderfully deep releases.

That`s a great short practice! Loving that! And loving the forest! This makes me dreaming so much of coming to such places....oh...

I wonder for the eight sides pose....I am kind of getting closer there, I think, but I tend to have not enough strength in my wrists....especially the one that supports the other hip...hahah...if you know what I mean...it wiggles so much that I collapse as a house of cards....:) well....one day maybe! :) Thank you!!

Hi Karolina,

I would love to have you come practice with me in my Forests! We will make sure we do a couple of our practices in France outdoors next Spring! Yes I do know what you mean about wrist strenght and stability, it does take time to practice and build. Another tactic I use it trying to distribute weight more in other areas of my body so I am not dumping so much into the wrist.

This was such a great class thank you! I’ve had tension in my left hip, shoulder and side of my neck for a few days now and after this practice I feel amazing! I was battling slightly with the technicality of fish pose I felt like I wasn’t quite getting it smoothly - are you meant to use your legs to roll yourself onto your crown as well as power from pressing into your hands?

Hi Rochelle,

Happy to hear your were feeling good after the practice! When entering fish pose I push my fingers down towards my feet as I take the back bend, This is the action that brings me onto my crown, as another option you could start with bent legs, feet on the ground and use your feet if you need that to help you move into the pose.

Love the power of this short practice which incorporates some of my favorite poses. This makes me quickly feel strong and ready to face whatever my day may bring.
