I learned power classes the wrong way, going to a studio and hopping in. You develop so many bad habits. This class finally put it all together for me in a way where a power class still feels therapeutic to me. I know exactly where to put my body in each pose. Thank you Fiji!

I've been practicing yoga semi-regularly for years, and this was an excellent and much-needed back to the basics class. Fiji's explanations are so helpful, and I particularly improved my form in plank and triangle, which I'm very excited about. This is a great class to keep returning to even as you advance in your practice to ground your poses in proper form.

One of my biggest challenges in practicing at home (and biggest excuse not to) has always been that I can't tell if I am doing poses correctly. I found this so very helpful in that way! Plus since some of these poses are held for so long even after I feel I have mastered them I can come back to this class for a little test of endurance. Thank you so much!

Taken both of your beginner classes and I must say, there was definitely a time where I dreaded even the thought of yoga... turns out, all I needed was some guidance and you provided that and even more. Thank you! Can't wait to see where my practice takes me.

Every time I've been doing any type of exercise I would resent it and feel all strung up afterwards and just exhausted. While I did sweat doing this, I enjoyed it so much and was left feeling sort of weightless and relaxed. YAY!!!
