I always loved Fiji's classes, now through DYWM's YTT program, I'm looking at her classes from a new lens -- amazing cueing, such clear and precise instructions, explanations as to why and when we need to be careful, and always encouragement to be patient and improve with time and practice. Amazing practice! I've been doing Fiji's power yoga classes since longer I can remember :-) but now it was the first time to come back since I started the DYWM's YTT program some six weeks ago and I noticed a huge change in specially in body awareness but also strength, flexibility and overall good feeling doing the practice....so I can definitely place a small advertisement here for the program: it's amazing even if you just want to deepen your practice to a totally new level.
