I love this class! It's one of my favourites and the intensity, smooth transitions and clear instructions bring me back again and again. I really enjoy the challenge and working towards the more advanced poses. Does anyone of suggestions of other similar classes?
I was a little intimidated by the description, but I found this class to be very enjoyable! Challenging of course, but did not feel overly taxing. And there is still more for me to work on which I also appreciate. I will be doing this again for sure! Namaste.
I found this one very tough - have been doing the Intermediate to Advanced programme, and practicing for about ten years, but I've always found half lotus/external hip rotations particularly hard. I've enjoyed all the other classes in the programme (and usually love Fiji) but this one dispirited me as there were so few other options presented, and I ended up hurting my arm. I would have really appreciated Fiji describing adjustments, particularly for the half lotus, bending over bit!
It took 19 days but just completed the 14 day challenge with this little nugget. I'm still not able to complete all of the poses but the progress with every class frankly amazes me. I'm almost there! And "there" is a place I wouldn't have believed a month ago. This challenging hour flew by because I was so focused. Thank you DYWM. I feel stronger at 38 than I did at 28, maybe even 18! Can't wait to start this 14 day challenge over again tomorrow.
