Thank you so much for this class! Wonderful cueing, focus, and fun! I've historically had difficulty with this pose and so grateful to have found this class. Your description of what to feel and your cueing and choices of poses to build strength for the half moon pose were exactly what helped me identify my weak areas and what poses to practice to help strengthen them.
