In this gentle intermediate, movement-oriented hatha yoga class, Ron explores what it means to play with energy, accept pleasure as a part of your practice (rather than pain), and deepen your experience of release using the breath. His creative style makes the class feel like a continual movement, while stretching the spine and releasing the hips, legs and shoulders. Note: Ron doesn't address this, but you may need something to sit on at the beginning of the class.

Thank you so much Ron..I have been doing yoga for a long time but this is the first time I felt such a new connection with my body and breath with out over stretching just having respect for my practice. Please do some more intermediate class like these! Even some shorter ones for every day. Thanks again this was fantastic. I will look up your practices Ron :)

I've been out of my yoga routine and this was a fantastic class to motivate me to get back in to the routine. I especially appreciated 'finding pleasure in the pose' - that is what it is all about. Much thanks!

This is a good practice for me because I need to remember to breathe and keep it continuous and steady throughout my routines; I sometimes struggle with that. The poses in this class weren't challenging, but trying to keep with the breathing and maintaining focus was a bit of a test for me.

Hooray for another Ron class! This was exactly what I needed midweek - I'm pushing my body with tough marathon training runs as well as daily classes on this site, and this one was a timely reminder not to push myself too much. Such an enjoyable class, it went by in a flash. I feel my spirits have been renewed after doing this! I love Ron's style, his classes are always so enjoyable12

Deep breathing, challenging the body and mind in a subtle way. I really enjoy the way Ron adds his own style into a practise, little hints that let me think about ballet and a mindfulness with joyful pleasure. Thank you very much, dear Ron!

I deeply enjoy Ron's classes and was happy to see this one at the intermediate level. A gentle, calming class that released a lot of stress I was holing onto--thank you Ron. I hope there will be more of his classes soon, as I really appreciate his kind spirit that shines through in every class he leads.
