This Hatha yoga class is about Playing the Edge - exploring the point at which you feel the stretch. It begins with Sun Salutations, then flows into a challenging floor sequence that includes twists, binds, side bends.... an awesome full body opening! It finishes with an 11-minute relaxation.

I loved Savasana in this class! The rest of the class was great, but the Savasana really relaxed me.

I enjoyed the stretching combined with the binds and twists to deepen the stretches. I especially found the quadriceps stretches especially helpful as I don't find I get many quad stretches in my normal classes. I liked that the progression was directly from sun salutations to the rest of the instruction as in my Ashtanga practice.

I did this class within 30 minutes of waking and found my joints to tight to take full advantage of the stretches. It will be a great exercise to de anytime after work when my not so young joints are a bit more loose.
