What You'll Experience

Our peak pose challenges are meant to be flexible, allowing you to do each class when it suits you and feels right. For example, you can do classes back-to-back on the same day or leave 2 or 3 days in between. It's totally up to you.

If you have never attempted this pose, or tried but couldn't quite get there, Fiji's expert guidance and well-designed class progression may be your answer. She's amazing at describing the subtle needs of a pose, providing clear instruction and designing progressions that work well for your body. 

Pre-Challenge Preparation

Fiji has created this so that you can quite easily do any of these classes back-to-back, as long as you have the time and energy. But, as always, listen to your body and don't push yourself so hard that you're stiff and sore the next day.
