Crista balances heat-building sun salutations, warrior poses and arm balances with deep hip openers to bring you all of the benefits of yoga in 50 minutes, providing stress relief, giving you energy and leaving you feeling deeply relaxed.

Super clear instruction, interesting long sequences and Crista's postivity and silliness make this a class to come back to. If your hips are not super flexible it's handy to have some yoga blocks nearby

Fantastic class. I am experiencing a lot of work stress at the moment and Crista really took me away from this. What I really like is how challenging this class is, yet so accessible to those- like me who are not quite at that challenging intermediate level. Crista provides clear instruction of either trying to go further or to stay just where you are. Very often I need to stay put, but appreciate the opportunity to see how I am progressing.

Wow, one of the best yoga classes I've ever taken! I accomplished two firsts in this class! This class was challenging and fun, but also, Crista's calming voice and fun, encouraging spirit made me want to do well, while also taking care of my body. I love all the humming and breathing to remind me to stick to my breath. Wow, just wow! Thank you Crista!
