I did this workout yesterday it was amazing my hips felt amazing it is on the more challenging side but it was perfect for me i like it when it gets a little challenging but not too much

I tend to be just a little afraid of Christa's classes as she can be quite challenging, but I've done this one several times and enjoy it immensely. My neck and shoulder prefer I skip the head and hand stands, but at 64, I felt really strong throughout the practice and almost fell asleep during the ocean wave lullaby at the end.

Super clear instruction, interesting long sequences and Crista's postivity and silliness make this a class to come back to. If your hips are not super flexible it's handy to have some yoga blocks nearby
