Crista balances heat-building sun salutations, warrior poses and arm balances with deep hip openers to bring you all of the benefits of yoga in 50 minutes, providing stress relief, giving you energy and leaving you feeling deeply relaxed.

Lovely class! Challenging but I'm glad you gave different variations of the poses to accommodate. I feel I worked my muscles, invigorated and relaxed at the same time! Thank you!


Thank you so much for this, Crista. It was a beautiful mix of challenging, invigorating, and freeing. I used to take your classes at Semperviva (pre 2 children!), and it felt so nice to 'meet' you again in this new space of life. Thanks again for a wonderful class.

This is GLORIOUS!!! Crista has an amazing teaching style that I was drawn to immediately. This class really helped me to more understand the breathing component of yoga. Feeling all stretched and open!!! Thank you sooooo much for these great classes.
