Open Your Hips and Fly
This intermediate power yoga class is very close to being advanced. Crista balances heat-building sun salutations, warrior poses and arm balances with deep hip openers to bring you all of the benefits of yoga in 50 minutes, providing stress relief, giving you energy and leaving you feeling deeply relaxed.

I really enjoyed this class. The instruction was clear and thoughtful, the poses challenging but appropriate, and the pacing excellent. I'll definitely be back for these hip openers again!
I'm new to yoga, only doing it couple of months now, but I can feel the change already. Crista's class is great I could feel My body opening up even though I couldn't complete some poses completely. She is very good at explaining and makes me smile too.
This video was great not only for the hips, but for the chest and shoulders, too!
