i absolutely love the cat / cow breathing in this practice! its one of my favorite movements and the way its incorporated into this practice is beautiful! Helen's energy is also amazing and really helps you feel relaxed and welcome in this practice, definitely will be coming back to this one over and over again :)

Love Helen‘s down to earth and calm tone of voice. Definitely a slower practice, staying seated, or kneeling, and lots of time spent in a few well explored movement/poses.
