This short, efficient class fits nicely into a busy work day and David takes time to release one of the most common areas of tension for those sitting at a desk, the neck. He begins the class with meditation and breathing to calm the nervous system and finishes with another short meditation.

Great 7 minute neck stretch series that can be done seated on the floor, seated in a chair, or standing.
Great video for the neck...I have constant neck pain from working on the computer and this really helps me stretch my neck!
A nice little practice for the office, after a workout of the shoulders/upper back at the gym, or just to get some tension out around the neck. Movements you can do anywhere. Really nice to have on hand! David is wonderful with his guidance and direction!
Loved this short, but productive stretch and relaxation session for the office or at the end of any other exercises. I will do several more in order to commit it to memory!
