In this class Julia guides you through moving and then reclining meditations to help remove blocks that may be impeding the proper nourishment of your body. You’ll move to break through some of what’s been holding you back, and then open to allow for healing and expansion.

This is a kundalini moving meditation with the emphasis on the movement--not a restorative for sure class. Proof: I got 9 zone minutes (4 cardio minutes). If that is clear, then this is a good class. Though, I would have preferred some quiet time (just my preference!). I feel very energized but not as calm as I was looking for.
I'm not sure this really counts as gentle yoga - that shoulder thing was one of the most unpleasant physical activities I've ever done, and left me feeling extremely depleted. For anyone seeing "Beginner II" and "Meditations" thinking this might be a good fit for low-energy days, be warned, this class asks a lot of you.
