In this class Julia guides you through moving and then reclining meditations to help remove blocks that may be impeding the proper nourishment of your body. You’ll move to break through some of what’s been holding you back, and then open to allow for healing and expansion.

Good practice but too much talking, almost non stop. I was finding it tough to be at peace.
