Excellent. Great pace & postures for a morning wake up after a previous long work day! I l like Julia's cues and timing. It shows that careful thought and planning went into this class. Thank you!

I enjoyed this class. Julia keeps a nice steady pace and gently heats up the body with several twists, engaging the glutes, abs and hamstrings. To liked the stomach breathing exercises. This is great way to start the day.
