This class is definately challenging for a beginner but well worth the struggle. I have been "attempting" this class for a few weeks now atleast 2-3 times a week and it has made a huge improvement! Thank you!

I have been practicing yoga for years, mostly my own self-sequenced home practice ... but it had been getting a little stale ... I did the audio, and it had room for improvization (with no music or non-essential talk-throughs to distract) With audio instruction, it's just far, far easier to get into your Self or the infinite consciousness ... as well as to get creative ... I didn't even know the video cold going in these first three times... This is actually my first venture into getting yoga instruction off the internet--plainly, I'd been apprehensive about the possible quality--but Fiji's alignment-oriented instructions supplant the need for a class ... Very much studio-quality.

I was complimented later on how relaxed and serene I appeared to be ... Thanks, Fiji ...

I love Figi's Classes. I can't get enough of it and I love that it is free. I do your videos a couple of times a week and almost know them by heart. More new advanced videos please, Fiji!! You are so strong and centered and I really respect your work. Thank you!!! You are the sanity in my day.

Thank you for uploading this class. It is an absolutely great flow!
I have been using it, as my morning daily practice, for the past 2 weeks and I can feel my core stronger, my hips and my shoulder opening further and my focus sharper.
It is a great tool to challenge my mind and body while supporting me during the all day.
I hope Fiji'll upload an other flow soon!

I did the class for the 2nd time..the first time I did it I could only make it thru half way. Was determined to do this class in completion and must admit it was fantastic. I felt like I worked every muscle in my body and this is perfect strength training for me as I am a runner. The instructions were clear and concise. Thank you so much for a great class. I'll be back again!

I found your website about a week ago through YogaYak had intended to try one of your classed for the first time today and was delighted to find a 75 minute class. It was challenging and had a flow that worked up a sweat. The step by step verbal cues are essential to an online class in my opinion or I spend to much time craning you neck trying to see what's going on and loose the focus to stay present on my mat. a 5 or 6 day a week practice is expensive and travel time takes up much of my day or evening. If I can practice once or twice at home it will be a great help so I thank you for a great class.
