Moving Meditation
This is the vinyasa flow class that Fiji does as a home practice when she wants to clear her mind and feel more calm and grounded. Its a more gentle power yoga class (for Fiji) and she allows for more silence, a little less guidance and more time to sink into the poses.

Thank you Fiji, that really was a beautiful quick practice. Your classes are usually beyond my ability so I feel extra happy to actually finish one without skipping any poses. This will be on my top ten list from now on and a great reminder to connect breaking with motion.
Can you pls do a longer class of this style. I have PTSD and found I was just beginning to enter a meditative state and it was finished. Your a great inspiration Fiji xx
This clas is unlike any other I have tried so far. I will return to this one again and again whenever I need to relax and regulatize my breathing. Thank you Fiji!
This is my new favorite class! I would love to see this same type of class in a longer format!
