Moving Meditation
This is the vinyasa flow class that Fiji does as a home practice when she wants to clear her mind and feel more calm and grounded. Its a more gentle power yoga class (for Fiji) and she allows for more silence, a little less guidance and more time to sink into the poses.

Lovely! Hesitated to do this for my morning routine because of it being "intermediate 2" but found it to be a lovely way to wake the body up and get focused for the day
