I have done a few of Sarah Jane's classes, so I decided to try this one after waking up sleepy one morning. This is a nice, short flow that gets the heart rate up a bit and is invigorating. I decided to add a couple of downward dogs into this practice because I find that they help stretch me out during this class. Sarah Jane has a lovely teaching style!

Great balances and nice quad stretches. This one is kind to my knees which sometimes complain with too much chair. For me the beginning was perfect. I consider myself an advanced beginner, low intermediate.

This was just wonderful - exactly what I needed. I really appreciated your careful cues, I could easily follow without having to look at the screen overly much, which let me to really feel everything and move with awareness. I love your work but am past the pre/post natal stage. Would love more videos from you especially.
