Wonderfully do-able for me, a beginner. The intermediate II rating put me off at first, but it's really an effective 20 minutes of movement/flow within my reach. Thank you!!
My new favorite morning class! A lot of movements without feeling rushed, and challenging poses that invigorated yet did not exhaust me. I normally do slow morning classes, which I still love, but will do this one the days I am more energized. Thank you Fiji!
