Some people have trouble waking up in the morning, so Melissa designed this class so that you can move slowly at first, to shake the sleep out of your eyes, before moving into poses that you need to wake up for. This is a gentle class that will feel deeply satisfying if you allow yourself to sink into it.

Equipment: None
Style: Gentle Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety/Stress

Thanks Melissa. Calypso and I really enjoyed your class this morning. We loved having you in our living room teaching yoga while in self-isolation.

As we find our way through the global pandemic of Covid-19, you’re helping me find a calm center so I can face another day of quarantine and disinfecting doorknobs, lightswitches, faucets, counters, etc. Stay well and thank you! This and Legs Up the Wall are great gifts right now.

Self isolation in the UK because of the Corona 19 virus. This is a lovely routine anytime to stretch your body and calm your mind. Thank you Melissa.

I loved this class! It is a great way to get the body moving and start my day! Thank you!

This was a fun class! I did it at night since this is the only time I can practice yoga but it relaxed me and made all the stress of the day dissappear! Thank you Melissa, I really love your classes! Greetings from Mexico :-)
