We hope you had a wonderful summer and are ready to embrace the falling leaves, cooler weather and, for those with children, the return of routine and school. From the vigourous Get Strong! Whole Body 21-Day Yoga Challenge to deeply rejuvenating restorative practices, we've got a wonderful offering of classes to help you settle into the season.

Vinyasa Yoga | 15 min | Beginner

Fiji has created a quick, but comprehensive, tutorial to establish a strong and stable shoulder girdle. The fundamentals covered in this class will ensure a stable foundation to work from, enabling safe, sustainable movement in the shoulder. A fantastic primer for students undertaking the 21 day Get Strong! Shoulders & Arms Challenge.
 
Gentle Yoga | 15 min | Beginner
Instructor: Fiji McAlpine
This calming practice from Fiji helps relieve tension that can lead to headaches and migraines. This brief, meditative practice visits key poses that soothe and calm the body via gentle movement and breath. This practice is suitable for all levels.
 
Gentle Yoga | 41 min | Beginner
Instructor: Nicky Jones

The unconscious mind plays an enormous role in our well being and healing. This gentle and nurturing class will initiate the process through deep relaxation. This practice is best repeated regularly to cultivate a deep inner peace. When you relax yourself, you heal yourself!

Yoga for Pain Care

This class gives you tools and techniques to help manage pain, via conscious breathing, mindfulness and safe movement practices. Tianne starts with guided breath and deeply relaxing the body.She follows with a series of seated, standing, and prone poses.

Take a break from your day with a class that moves through some quick stretches to get you feeling loose. Crista revitalizes you with a short, active and full vinyasa flow that spends some extra time releasing the tension around your hips, back and legs.

This seated class offers gentle stretches, without transitioning up and down. Specifically designed for students working in bigger bodies, this class stays low to the ground for added stability and support throughout the series of wonderfully satisfying poses.
 
Yoga Therapy | 13 min | Beginner
Instructor: Nicky C. Jones
This meditation practice from Nicky prompts deep healing by exploring the 4 A's that comprise the healing process. She guides you through each layer of awareness, acknowledgement, allowance and acceptance.
 
Restorative Yoga | 25 min | Beginner
Instructor: Sarah Holmes de Castro
This grounding and relaxing class takes place entirely on the ground, on your back. Sarah gives ample time to release stress, settle the mind and promote rest. You will find this to be a very satisfying yoga sequence regardless of your level, as long as you like to let go and let your body restore.
 
Restorative Yoga | 22 min | Beginner
Instructor: Tianne Allen
Experience whole body relaxation in this guided Yoga Nidra meditation. With a few blankets we create a comfortable position for your body to rest, then all you need to do is simply listen and receive this powerful practice. Yoga Nidra has many benefits, including helping to reduce stress, deepen sleep, ease anxiety and cultivate inner calm. All levels welcome.
 
Yoga Tutorial: Bhastrika Pranayama

If you answer the question "Can you touch your toes?" with "Who has time to touch their toes?" then this challenge is for you! 30 days of short n' sweet classes that will get you feeling limber and nimble right quick!
 

Upcoming Yoga Challenges

20-Day Office Yoga Challenge - Gentle

This yoga challenge helps those working at a desk establish a healthy yoga routine, one they can fit into their busy schedule and yoga classes they will be able to do limited space. This yoga challenge has only gentle, beginner classes, all 25 minutes or less.
 

20-Day Office Yoga Challenge - Vigorous

This yoga challenge for office workers encourages anyone with a busy desk job to fit in a short, high energy yoga class whenever they have a break during the day. There will be one class per day during the work week and each class will be intermediate level and vigorous.
 

14-Day Yoga Challenge for Seniors

If you are 55+ and looking to improve your balance, flexibility, strength and overall well being as you get older, try doing yoga every day for 14 days. Then keep doing it! This program helps seniors experience yoga for the first time and establish a routine that will help them to feel good in their golden years.
