This isn't really a mom and baby yoga class as the baby is not part of the poses. Would be more helpful and meaningful if the teacher had a baby as well.

That's what Mom and Baby yoga is. It's yoga for the mom! And because the babies need attention at times, the mom can choose when she wants to bring the baby in or leave it be.
