Plus Size Yoga: Modified Sun Salutations

In this class, Helen guides you through an exploration of Sun Salutation C with specific modifications for bigger bodies. Learn how to create space and move through transitions with control. If downward dog is not in your practice, you can work through this class from hands and knees.

As a plus size woman with severe osteoarthritis, I found Helen's class to be very supportive and energetic. I also appreciate the quick pick-me-up length (30 minutes).
