What I really like about Peter's approach is his constant reminder that all experiences are good, there is not right or wrong, we are all human and as such our minds are prone to try and resist the practice of meditation. Practice, however, is the key, even if just for 60 seconds a day. Thank you Peter for taking me another step closer to self acceptance and self love.
Have done yoga on and off for a couple of years now but never tried meditation. Having just done David's "Letting go through stillness and stretch" class I decided to try the "intro to sitting"..a great track with a such a calm and soothing voice, I look forward to the next one tomorrow. What a wonderful duo I've had this evening, feeling very calm and relaxed now...many thanks Peter and David!!! :)))
It should be mandatory to make meditation a part of our daily routine, due to its unlimited benefits . Its my personal experience that it seems to be difficult initially but gradually when you do it regularly you start loving it and thereby loving yourself. Meditation is one such technique which relaxes not only mind but also the complete body by making it a better place to live . Due to mediation you can channelize the various chakras for your soul which can help you in leading a successful and peaceful life.
Just did the Intro to sitting. Great track! Easy to follow for a beginner who has never meditated before. Peter's voice is very calm and soothing, these minutes were a welcome break in a busy day. Looking forward to the next!
