This is the first mindfulness guided meditation in a series of three. Although this is for all levels, in this video David teaches it as a "meditation for beginners", teaching you how to meditate beginning with the first step among many meditation techniques, establishing a focused mind. This is a great first step when learning about meditation and mindfulness - very similar to vipassana meditation - and will help you establish a strong mindfulness practice.

i learned beginner's vipassana before really yoga-ing and its occurred to me since that it's a bit like getting very very very good at one particular asana :p this class helped me soften the upper back after a long day at work
Thank you so much for this practice, it was perfect for an impatient and busy mind. I found the concept of becoming "softer" very helpful. This class had me surprisingly relaxed and wanting more.
for a well guided meditation. I like the idea of making less effort and becoming softer. Session 2 here we come
First time I felt comfortable meditating. It has always been difficult for me to sit still. Having the small area to begin focus surely helped. Shoulder tightness is much softer now. Looking forward to revisiting this and the other 2 new videos. Thank you David!
