This class helps release deeply held tensions from the body with restorative yoga poses and clears the mind with a delightful Blue Sky meditation. With blankets supporting and creating comfort for our body, we will explore chest, shoulder and hip openers, twists, and a final, deeply restful Shavasana. All levels welcome.

I often find it difficult to do the slower classes as I get a bit anxious keeping the poses, but this one helped me relax

Once I resigned into the notion that this was more a guided meditation than a movement session I relaxed into it. For our longer weekend classes I would have preferred a more challenging yoga session. For what Tianne teaches she is successful. But I already have a daily meditation practice.

The subtle and thoughtful placement of the blankets providing support, security and warmth made all the difference in allowing complete surrender and relaxation. I am grateful that I decided to cover my eyes as well, made a huge difference. Lovely practice. Thank you Tianne
