Didn't feel much of a stretch.
Very relaxing voice and practice. Sadly, very hard to hear which was distracting for me as had to keep checking to see what was happening.
I found it difficult to clear my mind and let go completely but I think I got about 75% there which was so beneficial. Tianne has such a wonderful soothing voice.
