This was my first of the micro-practices and it hit the spot! Just what I need to break up work-at-the-computer time. I will be incorporating these into my daily life. Thank you!
The only thing is I'm not so sure this could be done "anywhere"...doing this practice at the library or a cafe could be awkward for some people. Or maybe it will inspire onlookers :)
