I thought this class was wonderful. I even find myself giggling just like Melisa. I've read comments about the audible breathing, but I simply pretended it was the ocean and everything was fine. ☺

I couldn't even make it through ten minutes (not counting the beginning "warm up meditation" ten minutes, which I skipped) because of the audible breathing. I've enjoyed other videos with audible breathing on dywm, but the audio level in the video, or volume level on her mic, was just too much, and there was no way I could enjoy my practice and relax. I tried even adjusting my computer audio settings, to no avail.

It was too slow, the holds on the poses lasted to long that it was not really relaxing as I keep thinking when will this end.

Easy relaxing class. I enjoyed it. I am not a fan of the audible breathing in the background. It does not match my natural rhythm and I find it difficult to resist the impulse to match the breathing even though it isn't natural to me. It's like trying to dance or clap not matching the beat of a song.

this was EXACTLY what I needed to get me through my work day. I closed my office door, locked it, closed the window shades and got out my mat and put this video on - first time for me finding this website.

Not often I do this type of class but glad I did. Really enjoyed it. Loved Nickys occasional giggle throughout. Cute and made me smile.

I used to practice Hatha yoga regularly and am now returning to the practice of yoga after being away from it for a few years. This was one of the most grounded, peaceful, and powerful Hatha based classes I have ever taken. Nicky Jones is a gentle guide with specific instructions that focus on form and respect for where your body is at and what it can do. This will absolutely become part of my regular practice.
