This prenatal yoga class is for women in their second and third trimesters. Fiji was six months pregnant when she filmed this class. Her guidance is gentle and full of inspiration as she teaches you how to modify a yoga flow to accommodate the many changes you, too, are experiencing in your body as your baby grows.

I really can’t say enough good things about this - if you’re considering giving it a try, do it! It’s a wonderful balance of challenge and release. I did it basically every week from 20 weeks - 36 weeks (before I finally had to accept that forward folds were not comfortable anymore!) and it really helped with any back pain or tightness around the hips. I’m not very experienced with yoga, I really only began during my pregnancy, but I found this class was very doable with Fiji’s clear instructions.The poses themselves aren’t intricate but they do require a baseline of some strength. Thank you for a wonderful practice Fiji 🙏

Dear Fiji. Thank you so much for this lesson. I've been feeling so disconnected and sad in the last weeks. It was so hard for me to feel gratitude and appreciation despite everything and everyone around me is being beautiful and loving. When I was in the last pose, opening and connecting, I felt I could create a safe space. In my body and for my baby. Giving it all the positive feelings and love and appreciation it deserves. It touched me so deeply because I've been searching for this feeling so desperately. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
