Wonderful class. Seems like a rather simple class of mastering warrior poses, but it is actually very demanding to arrange all your muscles and joints in the right fashion. Thank you David so much!

Great, love it. I'm starting to feel the correct positioning of my body. I notice that when I tilt my pelvis in and pull bell in, that my breath only goes to my chest and not all the way down to diaphragm. I am hoping this awareness is the first step in being able to correct my breath.
