This is my very first yoga class and though the poses were a little hard for me especially the seated twists and lunges, I enjoyed every single bit of the 43minutes. I felt very relaxed at the end.

The opening at the beginning of class was quite relaxing. I found the seated twists and lunges to be quite challenging!
