Thanks David. I found it hard to keep my legs straight and wasn't sure if it was more important to keep them straight and therefore it was okay if they weren't as high as yours - or visa versa. I've had sciatica in the past and have to be a bit careful when stretching the backs of my legs.

I am loving this series! The idea of imprinting the alignment is really helpful.

Great session, as someone who has tight hamstrings I really felt these poses, especially when raising my heart - another one to come back to...

Really intense for someone with tight hammies! I feel like I was truly 'lifting my heart' for the first time today. Thanks!

I love stretching my hips and back at the start of the day. Perfect.

Really appreciated the cue for shoulders back and lift the heart. I realized that over time I had lost that connection in my lying posture.

Amazing. David does a great job of walking thru each movement to understand exactly how to do them to get full benefit. Only three days and I feel so much better

Another fantastic class, I must be really out of practice as I am sore from the other 2 days, this helped tremendously.

My body, in particular, the lower back really enjoyed this class. I am very swayed back and sometimes these poses can be difficult when it comes to keeping the lower back on the ground. Thank You. This practice will be a regular for me.

Masterful poses that especially deeply nourish the lower back and hips - a wonderful release and softening of tension in those often tight areas. Thank you, David!

At one point David said, "your body may be getting warm right now," as my entire body was shaking, haha! I might have to do this one at the end of the day as well! Just to really work on lying down with my legs straight up!
