Loved the work on my hips! Some popping of the joint but I feel like it was a really good stretch.

Discovering new ways to align the body. Thank you. Short but very effective.
I have neck problems would love the instructions to address that. I know I should not tilt the head back.

Always love classes with David. Always learn something, develop greater awareness of my body. The focus of today's class on dandasana as a way to maintain proper posture was really helpful. Similarly, paying attention to keeping my feet even and toes flexed was really helpful. I've never paid attention to that before. It really matters .

A lot tougher than it looks... hard to keep my shoulders down. A lot of wobbling.

The focus on alignment and activation (especially in the legs) has taught me so much. Poses that I used to float through mindlessly are suddenly much more challenging!

I had a bit of trouble understanding what was meant for me to do in the beginning since you can't really see much of what is happening to verify, but slowly but surely I got it and learned quite a few things about it. Thanks!

A nice fundamentals class for staff pose, tipped backward. I found the new perspective of the pose fun and interesting.

This was my favourite class so far in the challenge. It was specific but still intuitive.

Came home to this after a six hour car ride and it was just what I needed. Doing this as part of the 30-day challenge and so far have been able to fit these into my routine easily.

I've been in these positions a hundred times during another one of David's videos and never knew the correct alignment of the body!

Good lower back and hip stretches. Felt like my knees where hyper-extended too much, Probably cause I’m new to this practice.

Felt this in my shins as I was trying to keep my toes pulled up -- but pleased I was able to keep up and get into the poses with what I hope was ok alignment!

Good class! I appreciated the engagement cues with the legs in the strap and the inclusion of savasana. Thank you!
