To get ready for this class, first prepare your room so you feel warm and cozy. Then get a bolster, if you have one, and a bunch of soft blankets. After that, press play and let Satiya take you deeper and deeper into a state of luxurious, restful relaxation. We have not added music to this class, so you may want to play your favorite calming playlist in the background. If you don't have a bolster, learn how to make a bolster at home.

Thank you so much, Satiya, for this incredibly creative restorative class. I felt emotions long hidden in my body release at a cellular level. I especially liked the extended Viparita Karani introduction and the Apanasana (squeeze variation) to Supta Baddha Konasana transition. I'm back on the mat after being seriously injured a wee bit over a year ago and this was just what I needed today. Namaste from Ireland.
