First of all, thank you. I come to hear the first audio whenever I'm not feeling very well or going through a rough time. I just have one little hesitation : when Peter says "you should practise the loving kindness for yourself at least 4 or 5 times", should we repeat the audio directly after for 4-5 times, or is it better to do it on several days each day one time, and then go on with the other audios ? Maybe it is just up to us, but I don't realize what would be the optimal option to feel good.
Thank you so much

Fantastic mindful meditation. I'll do this one on a regular basis. It is important to start with ourselves.

This meditation brought me to tears. First, they were tears of sorrow because of many negative feelings I was holding against myself. Then, they became tears of joy as I felt love for myself. Thank you so much, this came at a crucial moment in my life.
