This is a very slow and meditative class but at the same time, oh so challenging! I feel great right now, thank you! Your classes are amazing!

Great class to do when you want to learn or re-learn the basic asanas. For the first time I really understood what it means to "pull in your rib cage" ;-) Very clear instructions! Thank you

One of the best ways to advance in your practice is actually to go back to the foundations of your poses to learn again with a new strong sense of mind and body. Instruction given to us as beginners is often too advanced and goes right over our heads, hearing it again when we have a greater yoga vocabulary and subtle body ability can make a huge difference.

I'll echo everyone's praise. This was quite challenging for me; yet I feel that by continuing with this, I could really make some progress. Particularly liked the frequent reminders to focus on the tailbone and lower ribs-- so needed and so helpful! Thanks so much,
