Lift Up
In this class, Tracey helps you find your way into some variations of bakasana, crow pose. Learn how to use your core to find lightness and lift, and enjoy some deep shoulder and hip openers to keep your body fluid and mobile.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 11 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

You're right Tracey, this class does go by fast! So much fun and such lovely hip and shoulder openers, thank you!
I don’t gravitate towards arm balances, and when I saw this class pop up in the 30-day challenge, I went “sigh, ok.” And…I had a blast! This class has a lovely balance of flow, preparation, and playful floating. I’m grateful for the challenge, which has gotten me into some great practices I wouldn’t have chosen otherwise.
Yesterday, I pulled two muscles (one on by back and one between my shoulder and neck) doing another yoga class, so the whole day today I was releasing pain-inspired, old-man-grunts for every "complex" motion - by which I mean scratching my nose or reaching for my cup of coffee. One brandy-based poultice and THIS CLASS later, I'm feeling brand new. You're a healer! Many painless thanks, Tracey...
I have been carrying a child around lately and woke up this morning with a sore right side. I was confused as to why I was drawn to this class and was not expecting to get the stretching I needed in my sides and legs. This class was just the right pace for me, I got all the stretching I needed, and was able to play with peak poses safely. Thank you Tracey!
