Level 2 Yoga/Pilates Fusion
Our first fusion class, this one will challenge you from start to finish. Kim's light-hearted approach and effortless guidance makes this difficult class more accessible. But don't fool yourself - you may find your arms and legs shaking with fatigue more than once. Get ready for a workout!

Challenging yet terrific class. The poses/moves were so unique. Kim's cueing and lightness kept me going. Also, loved seeing the sweet sleeping pup!
Best practitioner hands down. This class has it all, and I have moved up to it. Pushed myself, and know I will be strong in the best places if I continue with it. Kim Wilson is the best!
LOVED this class. I have an Intermediate yoga practice, but I’m newish to Pilates— it was no problem following Kim’s clear prompts. Just what I needed today!
