You are a Joy to listen to and see. LOVELY
I really like this little session.
I am having some difficulties though. When I reach back to grab my foot, on the pinky side :), the back of my thigh CRAMPS. This has been a problem for a while. The fronts could use the stretch but the backs are fighting it. yikes

Excellent video! It was the perfect length and there were some unique moves and excercises that I've never really used before. Kim was also very sweet! Thanks!

I love this class. I was looking for something to help me work my core and hips and not only is this practice perfect for that, it is quick too! I love that I can fit it in while my son is eating breakfast. Kim is a fabulous instructor and as soon as I finished this practice for the first time I looked up all of her other videos and have started doing them as well!

I do have a question though...my core is definitely not strong enough yet to do the move where one leg is up and we are supposed to be squeezing our knees together as we roll up and back down (starting around 7:50). I feel like my legs kick out to help me roll up or my back takes over. Any tips for modifying while my core gains strength?

Thanks for a wonderful practice!

Recovering from a broken arm operation and trying to get back to exercise, this class was perfect for the core and bit of stretching.
Looking forward to doing more of Kim's classes.
