I woke up aching and knew it was time to initiate my new home with yoga. This was the perfect re-start to my practice, though I worried that I should go back to beginner. Wonderful class, wonderful teacher, thank you.
Tracey is such a great teacher who guides you through the poses and the deeper connection to the practice. Wheel pose and the guidance / practice to get there is short in this practice however wonderfully guided. This is a magical practice in a short period of time. One to come back to when you forget or need to learn to let go.
Tracy you really help me center. Great quick class.
Perhaps it's already been pointed out, but there's one inconsistency that occurs between the right side (at 4:55) and the left side (at 11:25). I forgot about it until I did the class again, but it bugged me again.
