I was feeling quite uneasy today so I thought practicing Kundalini yoga would be of great help, and it was!
Thank you for a beautiful and peaceful session.

The final mantra was very reassuring and empowering.

I feel much better!

This was wonderful, Dawn. Thank you. I wasn't able to make it to a Kundalini class I had scheduled today, so I thought I would check out what I could find on DoYogaWIthMe. I am so happy I found you! The sound of the ocean waves in combination with your beautiful class was just what I needed.

Thank you thank you th-th-thank you! Kundalini is new to me and your videos have helped in understanding and awakening it so much. I was tingling with energy both peripherally and mentally. Love and light! and another last thank you coming from down south in atlanta:) your videos are much appreciated.
Hehe I'd never complain about more of them either

Before Sat Nam
I found it (Wikipedia):

Adi Shakti, Adi Shakti, Adi Shakti, Namo Namo!
Sarab Shakti, Sarab Shakti, Sarab Shakti, Namo Namo!
Prithum Bhagvati, Prithum Bhagvati, Prithum Bhagvati, Namo Namo!
Kundalini Mata Shakti, Mata Shakti, Namo Namo!

Translation:

Primal Shakti, I bow to Thee!
All-Encompassing Shakti, I bow to Thee!
That through which Divine Creates, I bow to Thee!
Creative Power of the Kundalini, Mother of all Mother Power, To Thee I Bow

And about the first one:
ONG means Creator - the Primal Vibration from which all creativity flows.

ONG NAMO, GURU DEV NAMO
is the Adi Mantra that precedes Kundalini Yoga practice, tuning one in to the higher self. Ong is "Infinite Creative energy in manifestation and activity". ("Om" or Aum is God absolute and unmanifested), Namo is "reverent greetings' implying humility, Guru means "teacher or wisdom", Dev means "Divine or of God" and Namo reaffirms humility and reverence. In all it means, "I call upon Divine Wisdom".

Didn't expect that! Fantastic! My first time trying kundalini yoga. I'll be back!

The first one is the ADI MANTRA - "ONG NA MO"
Second is the Kundalina Yoga Protection Mantra - "AAD GURAY NAMEH, JUGAAD GURAY NAMEH, SAT GURAY NAMEH, SIRI GURU DAYVAY NAMEH"

This is my new favorite yoga teacher on this site. This was the first yoga class online where I could actually feel my light body and energetic field. There are so many great classes on this site. Doyogawithme is a great service and I hope it never goes away.

I would also like cop of the mantras please

Hello
I really loved this class. Would it be possible to have the mantras written to make sure I'm saying them correctly?
