First time doing Kundalini yoga and I loved it. The part about how we can breath and have access to unlimited energy really helped me here. I have a shoulder injury and the arm triangle pose wasn't easy. The unlimited energy advice came right after I brought my bad arm down and it got me to bring my arm back up and even hold it the rest of the time.
