Thank you! I loved this. any chance you could post the actual sanskrit / words to the chants so that I can better follow along? Is this the best kriya to open up the esophagus/vagal nerve?

Hi there. I checked in with Dawn and she gave the following response:
I wouldn't make the claim that it is 'the best' kriya for that - other kriyas that work on the heart and throat would be good for the esophagus, and the vagal nerve is a bit elusive so it's probably much more broad as far as which kriyas are helpful for the vagal nerve. As far as I know, in the kundalini system as taught by Yogi Bhajan, there is not a kriya that is defined as 'best' for either of these (esophagus or vagal nerve).
Here is the Mangala Charn Mantra - it's the 2nd opening chant for every class, plus, in the Hearth Chakra class, it is also chanted again at the end with different hand movements - so assume this is the chant the person was asking about:
Mangala Charn Mantra:
Aad Guray Nameh - to the Primal Guru (wisdom), I bow to (or call on)
Jugaad Guray Nameh - to the Guru (wisdom) of the Ages, I bow to (or call on)
Sat Guray Nameh - to the True Guru (wisdom), I bow to (or call on)
Siri Guru Dayvay Nameh - to the Great Divine Guru (wisdom), I bow to (or call on)

The kundalani series on DYWM is such a treasure. New videos in this series would be great, but the current selection is absolutely well-rounded.
